Our first release of Bond St for 2018!
We’re excited to introduce a delicious, freshly arrived Brazilian selected during our most recent trip to Norte Pioneiro.
We’ve partnered this with a selective pick Maragogype from our friends in Guatemala at Finca Potomay and a juicy, complex Colombian from the south of Huila.
50% Colombia Palestina
Cupping Score: 87
Located in the south of the famous Huila growing region, Palestina is considered to be the main source of water for the department of Huila and as such is also known as Agua Azul (“blue water”). This regional small holder lot is a great example of what Huila has to offer and provides the blend with it’s blackberry notes and juicy acidity.
30% Brazil Sete Senhoras
