Cafe Spotlight: Kith and Nosh, Braddon ACT

Cafe Spotlight: Kith and Nosh, Braddon ACT

Settled in the heart of foodie precinct, Bradden, is family owned and run café, Kith and Nosh. Originally from Queensland, chefs Michael and Sandy wanted to move closer to the snow and away from Sunny Queensland. With an emphasis on mindful eating, they moved their family of four to Canberra and opened up Kith and Nosh to share their love of healthy eating with the like-minded residents of Bradden.

With its super relaxed and homely environment, Kith and Nosh attracts customers near and far with their plant based meals. Serving the same meals that the family eat at home, the paleo friendly menu showcases simple wholesome food without the fuss.

Whilst Michael and Sandy create inspiring meals in the kitchen, their children Hunter and Chase are drawn to the espresso machine and the art of coffee making. With Chase becoming a coffee geek like so many of us, future plans are to introduce and educate customers on filter coffee.

Currently serving our organic Pure blend on espresso, this team of four are all in when it comes to sustainability, health, mind and body. At Kith and Nosh, wholesome food and specialty coffee go hand-in-hand so you don’t have to compromise.
