Brewing Foundations – VIC

Our Brewing Foundations course is recommended for intermediate home enthusiasts or hospitality staff.

Course will cover:

  • Types of brewing techniques
  • Brewing extraction: rules & guidelines
  • Understanding brew ratios and how to apply these
  • Discussing immersion techniques (Plunger/Aeropress) and pourover methods (V60/Chemex)

PRE-REQUISITES: AT LEAST 2 YEARS BARISTA EXPERIENCE OR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF LEVEL 1 BARISTA TRAINING.
