The Cupping Foundations course is a great introduction to understand why cupping is used and learn how to evaluate different flavours in coffee.

Course will cover:

  • Why coffee cupping is used in the coffee industry
  • Understand the cupping flavour wheel and defects wheel
  • Understand how to use the SCAA cupping form to score coffee
  • How to evaluate aroma, flavour, aftertaste, acidity, body, uniformity, balance and sweetness
