We are excited to have Maxwell Colonna Dashwood visit us from the UK and present on the effects temperature has on grind profile.
Maxwell founded and co-owns Colonna and Smalls speciality coffee in Bath, England. He was crowned UK Barista Champion in 2012, 2014 and 2015 and went on to reach the finals in the World Barista Championships each year. He is a qualified Q grader and is enjoying stepping behind the scenes of the coffee competition world as part of the World Barista Championship advisory board.
Maxwell has co-authored Water for Coffee and his most recent writing project is as author of the Illustrated Coffee Dictionary.
