Being able to work fast and efficiently without compromising on quality is one of the greatest challenges in Specialty Coffee. Regiment has looked to technology to help solve this challenge.
We’re inviting you to come and take a look at Regiment’s new set up and join us for a few end of year drinks whilst you are at it. Pop behind the bar and check out the set up for yourself or book in for one of our guided walk through if you who would like to hear about the setup in detail and ask questions.
The main attractions of the night are:
La Marzocco KB90: Working with our friends at La Marzocco we decided the KB90 was the best machine for the job at Regiment. Beautifully customised by the team at Brewtech, its Straight In technology, built in scales, auto steam purge and many other advancements are all designed to help baristas to produce excellent coffee whilst being easy ergonomically and in terms of efficiency.
Mythos 2 Gravimetric: We pair our KB90 with the Mythos 2 Gravimetric grinder so now weighing the in and out of every shot is done without worrying about extra scales, dosing cups and spooning out coffee to correct a dose. Easy.
Uber Milk: Finally, there is the Uber Milk (or two of them to be precise) to ensure consistent, quick, milk every cup. Regiment was the place where the Uber Milk was originally tested and it still plays an important part in its workflow.
Drinks and Snacks: The Regiment crew will be doing what they do best, putting out delicious food and drinks for everyone to enjoy.
Merch and Giveaways: There will be loads of goodies handed out on the night and a lucky door prize.
