This interactive workshop gives you the chance to explore the effect of minerals in water and how they interact to change coffee taste profiles.
Participants will work their way through four stations, exploring the effects of different concentrations of minerals in water on coffee flavour. The final station will explore mineral combinations in water to create an ideal brewing water which best suits our calibration coffee on the night.
