This event is focused on water and how it effects the taste of your coffee.

We will share with you results from our own internal experiments including Jamie Thomson’s use of water quality during his ASCA Southern Region Brewing competition.

La Marzocco will introduce their RO system that they have developed in collaboration with BWT water. La Marzocco’s Reverse Ozmosis is a 3-stage treatment system that produces water of the best quality, regardless of the local water quality, in order to brew superior espresso and keep equipment in perfect working conditions.

The event will cover:

  • Standardising water quality
  • How water effects flavour and consistency in your coffee
  • The challenge of taking barista competition practices and implementing these processes into cafes
  • La Marzocco will introduce their new RO system that they have developed in collaboration with BWT water and demonstrate its ease of use

There will be a cupping at the end of the evening that will highlight water quality and the taste it gives your coffee.

This event will be held in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra! Don’t miss out!
