Yep, you can have as many as you like!
Sure can! Changing the status of your subscription can be done via your dashboard, under ‘Subscriptions’. If you would like to temporarily stop your subscription, simply change the status to ‘suspend’. If you would like to permanently stop your subscription, change the status to ‘cancel’. Once a subscription has been cancelled, it cannot be restarted.
Signing up for a coffee subscription is easy. Head here to get started. Then simply choose your coffee, the number of bags you’re after and how often you would like a delivery.
Head here and click ‘forgot password’. From there, an email will be sent for you to reset your password.
An account can be created here or during check-out. Having an account with us will allow you to keep track of all past and future orders.

We always recommend purchasing whole beans, in small quantities, and grinding on demand. Once ground, coffee deteriorates quickly and will lose aroma, body and flavour. When purchasing whole beans we recommend consuming within 3 or 4 weeks of the roast date. If you must buy ground coffee, buy small quantities, more regularly.
You want to protect your coffee from light, air, heat and moisture. The best way to do this is to keep it in a resealable bag or an airtight container, and then pop it in a cupboard where the temperature is most stable (hint, that means not above the stove). Do not store your coffee in the fridge or freezer and be sure to grind your coffee, only as you need it.
Sure, coffee doesn’t go off like milk, but it does go stale, meaning all the good characteristics, like the sugars, gases and oils will deteriorate. Look for a roast date rather than a best before date. This will give you the best idea of freshness. We always recommend purchasing whole beans, in small quantities, and consuming within 3 or 4 weeks of the roast date. For optimal flavour we recommend drinking our coffees between 7-30 days.
Our single origin coffees (or microlots) are produced from one processing lot and origin rather than a blend of multiple origins, and are carefully chosen for their unique and high quality characteristics. As single origins coffees are seasonal, they are only available in small batch quantities, but provide a fantastic opportunity for coffee lovers to try something new.
Coffee is all about experimenting and discovery, so we encourage you to try as many blends and different origins as you can. That's half the fun after all. The best place to start is by checking out the tasting notes. Once you find a coffee you like, you can look for these flavours in others blends or origins.
Specialty coffee is defined by the appreciation and dedication to every aspect of the coffee process – from the picking and processing of only select, quality coffee cherries by our farmers at origin, the care taken by our roasters to hero the flavour profiles of each coffee origin, to our barista’s intimate knowledge of brewing the perfect cup for our customer’s enjoyment.
