We opened our Queensland headquarters in 2010. The large space on Montague Road in West End is home to our second roastery, a cafe and training studio. Our cafe operates 7 days a week providing tasty brews such as bottomless batch filter, alongside healthy breakfast and lunch options. Out the back sits our 70kg Diedrich roaster with an over-sized mixer, producing beautiful post blended coffees. From here, we supply to Brisbane metro and our partners in Townsville, Bundaberg, Darwin, Rockhampton and the Sunshine Coast.
Our training studio is set up with two training pods fitted out with a La Marzocco PB ABR, EK43, Puqpress, Mythos…you get the rest. In addition to wholesale training support and six-week courses, we provide weekend classes for home hipsters.
Led by accredited WBC judge Michaela Gerard, our QLD team cup regularly on Fridays and we invite all cafe operators to tour our operations and learn more over lunch!
