We love this time of year as its when fresh, natural Ethiopians arrive and those big boozy, red fruits start appearing again. Our second release of Bond St for 2018 is a blend of two coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia. Boozy, red fruits notes of the Ethiopian coffee have been partnered with a coffee from San Fernando to bring balance and acidity to the blend. This Uraga Tome lot was a particular standout on the cupping table.
