This particular farm was chosen by Jack who visits this family twice a year to cup the lots and observe the harvests. This farm is extremely meticulous in processing its coffees and separates every lot on the estate. This coffee stood out as it exhibits an uncharacteristically high body for a Colombian. This coffee provides a balanced acidity, citrus notes with a sweet honey finish.

This traditionally wet-hulled Sumatran coffee was selected by our roaster Paul who travels to this area of Indonesia to source this coffee. This unique wet-hulled process is what gives this coffee its sweet spice, smooth body and unique lingering acidity.
