COVID-19 UPDATE

We have now enabled contactless deliveries and ‘Authority to Leave’ in line with social distancing and to protect you and our delivery drivers. All deliveries will be left at your door and will not require a signature. If you would like to provide specific details on where to leave your order please provide this in the notes section of your order. This excludes orders containing valuable equipment including scales and coffee machines.

Shipping

Free shipping for all orders, $70 and over within Australia.

Standard shipping rate of $10 across Australia (except NT) for all orders $70 and under.

Standard shipping rate of $15 to NT for all orders $70 and under.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All applicable duties & taxes and any other import fees are at buyer’s expense.

All orders are shipped via International Express. Shipping times will vary based on availability of departing flights.

Delivery

All orders will be processed and packed within one working day of your order being placed and payment clearing. You should receive your delivery within 2 -5 working days (AUS only), but remote areas can take a little longer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address we may contact you to confirm the correct address. You will be liable for all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order. You must pay these charges to Veneziano Coffee Roasters as invoiced prior to re-delivery. Title of the products within your order will not pass to you until we have received payment in full.

Returns

We are proud to offer our customers quality products. However, should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at sales@venezianocoffee.com.au. Please supply your order ID number from your original confirmation email, a description of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information, we will arrange an exchange of your ordered product. In the case your ordered product is no longer available, we will provide a refund.
