We use Diedrich roasters, the only roasters using infrared burner technology. Combined with post blending and Cropster analytics, this gives us complete quality control over roasting times, temperature, density, moisture, pressure, and airflow.
In fact, we have a dedicated Quality Control Officer driving best practice into our systems and processes. This goes way beyond small batch artisan claims of quality consistency. We don’t base our blends on a master roaster, but a team of certified Q- graders.
We’ve always endorsed the best-in-class equipment to deliver quality and consistency in the cup. You’ll get great buying power with us on brands like La Marzocco, Mythos, EK43...
When you jump on board, we'll complete an equipment pre-install check and draw up a service maintenance schedule to keep your equipment running at its peak. You’ll also receive regular technical service reports.
We're firm believers in preventative maintenance with three levels of cover. And if you have any hiccups, we’re only a phone call away.

Working with rare and expensive specialty coffees means our choice of roast equipment is the single, most important piece of infrastructure for us to invest in. After some arduous research, we hunted down and secured ourselves a Diedrich roast system. Diedrich roasters are superior in design, materials and performance. Diedrich build their commercial roasters for “small batch precision at industrial scale”, which suits us perfectly. And indeed, Diedrich roasters are renowned for superior roasting providing a cleaner cup of coffee.
Diedrich Manufacturing, a family business, is the only US manufacturer of roasting equipment, having commenced production in the early ‘80s. Stephan Diedrich and his wife grew the business over the next two decades, from building coffee roasting machines in the family garage to manufacturing high end roast equipment for global customers. Stephan continues to strive for innovations in roasting technology today. It was a real pleasure for us to work with him and the team at Diedrich, a bunch of guys who are as obsessed about getting the coffee right, as we are.
As one of Australia’s biggest sellers of La Marzocco coffee machines, we have seen plenty of cafe's coffee volume grow by 10% simply by switching to La Marzocco machines.
La Marzocco have been leading the way since building their first hand made espresso machine in 1927, a tradition that continues to this day in Florence, Italy. Over the years they have lead and influenced the espresso market with their patented innovations. The big selling point is these multi-boiler machines are capable of producing consistent coffee at high volumes. You can use both steam wands during peak times and still have optimum pressure for good shots. Saturated group heads attached to the boiler ensures stable temperature at the group head regardless if its peak time 8am or quiet 3pm. For these reasons and their hand made durability, means La Marzocco are highly demanded by career baristas and hold excellent resale value.
La Marzocco come in five models with a choice of automatic volumetric touch pads (AV), semi automatic (EE) or mechanical paddle (MP), and high or low cup space between the drip tray.
Inker cups and saucers are the choice of specialty cafes and roasters around the world. They hold the coffee temperature stable with their thick, high grade porcelain walls and vibrant colours stand up to scratches and knocks time and again, whilst having a beautifully smooth hand-feel.
The production facility in Zapresic, Croatia produces 1,200 pieces per day. The greenware is fired at temperatures at over 1,200 degrees Celsius to ensure colour fastness that will not fade or wear. Because each piece is prepared by hand, slight variations in colour may appear, giving it a character that 100 percent automated manufacturing cannot create. The high quality European porcelain is produced from raw materials sourced from Germany, England, Czech Republic, Italy and locally, with the manufacturer exporting over 70 percent of its production.
Veneziano Coffee Roasters is the official distributor of Inker coffee cups and saucers in Australia. Available from the online shop in sets of six cups/saucers.
Best of all is the price; for the quality they are surprisingly affordable.

Chemex is the brewing choice of many, brewing a perfect cup of filter coffee each time. Used in conjunction with the specially bonded filters, all the bitter causing elements such as the coffee sediment and oils found in the grounds stay out of your cup whilst all the desirable elements of the coffee make their way through, touching only the filter and the glass vessel (this is what the Chemex folk call fractional extraction), for a delicious, richer coffee flavour.
Veneziano is the largest distributor of Chemex Coffeemakers in Australia. As one of our best-sellers, we offer competitive prices and stock the classic model in three sizes – 3 cup, 6 cup and 8 cup – with the Chemex bonded filters (sold separately).
