We ship all our subscriptions through Australia Post using their Standard Post service. Depending on your location, shipments will usually take 2 to 8 working days to arrive and a little longer for remote areas.

Yes you can. While our 3, 6 and 12 month prepaid subscriptions are preset at 1kg shipped monthly should you prefer to receive this in 4 x 250g bags just send an email to our Customer Service team (sales.melb@venezianocoffee.com.au) so we can update your subscription.
