How to dial in Elevate
What you will need:
- A bag or two of the smooth and rich Elevate blend
- Fresh cold milk or your choice of alternate milk
- Freshly prepared espresso shots
- Espresso machine
Steps
- Elevate is smooth and rich. It's a real crowd pleaser. You can expect milk chocolate, cashews and a very nice honey finish.
- Brew in around 22 grams of coffee with around 35 to 38 grams out.
- Suggested brew time range is 26 to 29 seconds.
- Set your machine to around 94 degrees.
