Do you charge for shipping?
FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid subscriptions and subscriptions of 1kg or more.
A delivery fee of applies for Pay As You Go Subs under 1kg.
Do you offer prepaid or gift subscriptions?
Yes we offer 3, 6 or 12 month prepaid & gift subscriptions where you can save up to 20%.
All prepaid subscriptions include FREE SHIPPING, exclusive coffee content, discounts and more.

Can I change my subscription?
Pay as you go subs can be changed at any time. Simply log into your account to update your subscription. This is one of the ultimate perks of a customisable pay as you go coffee sub.
You can change to a different blend or product, update your delivery frequency or change your volume.
*Note Prepaid subs are discounted and for a fixed blend, size and duration and cannot be changed..

If you are a cafe, restaurant or office ready to enjoy Australia's best specialty coffee our wholesale team would love to speak to you.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by simply logging into your Account.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders over $70 and for our subscribers.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number linked to the carrier's website.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer both express post and standard post options.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes we currently provide international shipping for a select number of countries through Asia, the Americas and Europe.
Returns questions
What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Veneziano purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase date.
How do I initiate a return?
Should a product be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us at sales.melb@venezianocoffee.com.au. Please supply your order ID number from your original confirmation email, a description of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number.
