Due to high demand, orders are currently taking longer to process and ship. You may experience a delay of 1 to 2 days on the below table.

Delivery Times

General

• Free standard shipping applies to orders over $70 for delivery to Australian addresses only
• We deliver all our online orders using Australia Post services
• Estimated delivery times are provided in the table and are based on location. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. 
• Orders to rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
• All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
  
• During Promotions and periods of high demand your order may take slightly longer to process.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

International

• All international online orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times vary based on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping is not available for these orders.
  
• Customers are responsible for paying any local taxes or import duties.
• International shipping is currently available for the following countries.

Tracking

We send out all orders with tracking details as long as you provide an email address. Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with a tracking number. Just use it to follow your delivery on the Australia Post website.

We are keen for you to receive your order as soon as possible. If it hasn't arrived within a week please reach out to us with your order # at sales.melb@venezianocoffee.com.au and we will fix it for you.
