Shipping Policy

• Free standard shipping applies to orders over $70 placed in Australia only. 
• We deliver our online orders using Australia Post services with estimated delivery times provided in the table above.
• Please note: Shipping times are indicative only and based on location. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. 
• Orders to rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
• Estimated delivery times are from the date the order has shipped, not the date the order was placed.
• All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
• During Sale periods your order may take slightly longer to process.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
• International shipping is currently offered to NZ with more countries launching shortly.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of ordering online please contact us at sales.melb@venezianocoffee.com.au with your order # and we will rectify this.
