Shipping Policy

**Cut off for Xmas Orders is Wednesday 18th December. Orders placed after this day may not arrive before the big day.

• We deliver our online orders using Australia Post services with estimated delivery times provided in the table above.
• Please note: Shipping times are indicative only and based on location. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. 
• Orders to rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
• Estimated delivery times are from the date the order has shipped, not the date the order was placed.
• All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
• During Sale periods your order may take slightly longer to process.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders Containing Alcohol

Veneziano Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd requires all parcels containing alcohol products to be signed for on delivery. These items are sent by Australia Post using their Parcel Post Alcohol delivery service. Supply of liquor may only be accepted and signed for by persons aged 18 years or older.
