- Festive Blend
- 200g treacle syrup
- 2 tbsp powdered ginger
- 2 tsp powdered cinnamon
- 40g thickened cream
- 20g orange juice
- 20g milk
- 100g milk of your choice
Method
Ready to shake up a little festive cheer? Follow these merry steps.
- Make the Spiced Treacle Syrup: Combine 200g treacle syrup, 100g hot water, 2 tbsp powdered ginger and 2 tsp powdered cinnamon.
- Prepare the Orange Cream: Whisk 40g thickened cream, 20g orange juice and 20g milk (or alternative) until soft.
- Assemble the Drink: Fill a glass with ice and 100g oat milk (or your choice).
- Brew and Mix: Stir 20g Spiced Treacle Syrup into a double ristretto of our Festive Blend, then pour over the milk.
- Top with Orange Cream: Layer the cream over the drink. Line a dish with baking paper.
