Inspired by our new seasonal blend, Winter Warmer we set out to create the perfect Rocky Road recipe using our favourite marshmallows from Grounded Pleasures.
What you will need
- 140g Grounded Pleasures Marshmallows, chopped
- 400g good quality dark chocolate buttons or block
- 100g of roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
- Pack of Grounded Pleasures marshmallows
- 7 Chocolate Ripple Biscuits
Method
- Line a dish with baking paper.
- Melt your chocolate in a large bowl, gently stirring throughout. If you're using a block, roughly chop first.
- Fold in remaining ingredients until fully coated in the chocolate.
- Set in the fridge for 2 hours (if you can wait that long).
- Chop and devour alongside a mug of our Winter Warmer blend.
