We are excited to reveal a fresh and vibrant brand refresh that reflects our vision for the future. With bold, strong colours and a modern aesthetic we are pumped to share it with you all.

Why Refresh the Brand?

Our previous branding worked hard over the last 5-6 years but it became obvious that a more vibrant and human feel was what we needed to better engage with our younger and wider audiences. As Nick Clark our Creative Director articulates "we wanted to bring a renewed energy and a more personal touch to our brand that resonates with today's coffee drinkers." The rebranding also reflects our mission to become an industry leader and household name.

What's New?

The refresh extends across all touchpoints of the Veneziano brand, from physical products including our coffee bags and cold brew cans through to digital experiences. Key elements of the brand overhaul include:


Design Philosophy and Visual Identity

The new look is anchored in two primary colours - True Blue and French Vanilla. Blue, a legacy colour for Veneziano remains at the core of our brand identity. French Vanilla adds a touch of sophistication and complements the suite of colours across our product range.

Additionally, our core coffee blends maintain their signature legacy colours providing a sense of continuity amidst the refresh.

Logo lockups

While staying true to our brand heritage in retaining the iconic wings and recognisable text lockup, we have also introduced some fresh, organic logo variations and playful new taglines. 


Product Packaging

New, vibrant coffee bags for our core blends, seasonals and single origins in both 250g and 1kg sizes. These designs reflect our brand's renewed energy and distinctive colour palette. They also look great in your kitchen, office and cafe.


Our coffee in a can range also has a contemporary new look that stands out in a crowd.

The Process Behind the Refresh

The rebrand was a collaborative, fast-moving process led by our Brand and Marketing team. Without the involvement of a design agency, our internal brand and marketing team worked closely to identify what elements of the existing brand worked and where improvements were needed. Feedback from our customers, our sales team, customer service and retail teams were crucial in shaping the final designs ensuring that the new look resonates with the people who matter most.

Looking Ahead

The future is bright. We are laser focused on expanding our footprint with plans to roll out more cafes across Australia.
