Dan Shadbolt of Veneziano Coffee Roasters has won the 2020 AMC Australian Coffee Roasting Championships which took place in Port Melbourne at Criteria Coffee on the 5th and 6th February in 2022.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the 2020 AMC Australian Coffee Roasting Championships were delayed a number of times. This year under health protocols the event was held with competitors only but live streamed across the country.
Dan previously came third in the 2019 Australian Coffee Roasting Championship and now goes to the World Championships being held in Milan from 23-25 June.
