About Peru El Morito
Grown at 1,850 metres in the Cajamarca highlands of northern Peru, this coffee comes from Fredesvinda Estela - a young farmer who, alongside her husband, has dedicated herself to raising the quality of her small farm one harvest at a time. Through careful changes to her plots and processing infrastructure, Fredesvinda has developed a consistency that shows clearly in the cup: clean, bright and delicately layered with mandarin, apricot and green plum notes. Fully washed and roasted to perform beautifully across filter and espresso alike.
