Finca El Llamarón, located in Fraijanes, Central Valley, has been in the Vargas family for five generations. Sitting at 1,500 metres, this 10-hectare farm is dedicated to growing SL-28. It is part of the Don Sabino Micromill, a father-son project known for its meticulous approach to coffee production. Established in 2011, the micromill manages multiple farms, including El Apostol, El Orvo, and La Roca, cultivating various varieties with a strong focus on quality.
