Grown on the Los Alpes Farm from the renowned Janson Estate located in the western highlands of Chiriqui Province in Panama. Under the shadow of Volcán Barú where mineral rich volcanic soils and the farm's elevation create the ideal microclimate for cultivating the world's most prized coffee variety.
This anaerobic natural processed Gesha is the 4th and final Pinnacle release for the 2025 season and was personally selected on the farm earlier this year by Australian Barista Champion, Gab Tan.
Notes of yellow peach, floral aromatics, mango puree and strawberry. Roasted for espresso and filter.
