What you will need:
- A bag of Festive blend
- Lady finger biscuits
- Tia Maria (optional for a boozy twist)
- Mascarpone and Cream
- Chocolate powder
- Serving glass
- Combine 2 lady finger biscuits, 10ml of Tia Maria liquer and a double shot of our Festive blend in one glass and soak for 30 minutes.
- In a separate glass combine 60 grams of mascarpone, 60 grams of cream with 6 grams of sugar. Mix well.
- In a third empty glass start to layer and top with choc powder.
