Inspired by our new seaonal blend, Winter Warmer we set out to create the perfect Rocky Road recipe using our favourite marshmallows from Grounded Pleasures.
What you will need:
140g Grounded Pleasures Marshmallows, chopped
400g good quality dark chocolate buttons or block
100g of roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
Pack of Grounded Pleasures marshmallows
7 Chocolate Ripple Biscuits
Method
Line a dish with baking paper.
Melt your chocolate in a large bowl, gently stirring throughout. If you're using a block, roughly chop first.
Fold in remaining ingredients until fully coated in the chocolate.
Set in the fridge for 2 hours (if you can wait that long).
Chop and devour alongside a mug of our Winter Warmer blend.
