How to Brew
1. Tear off the top of the pouch
2. Hang the arms over a mug. Shake slightly to make sure the coffee is level inside the filter.
3. Slowly pour 200ml of hot water (92 - 96C) over the top of the coffee grinds. We recommend taking it slow and pouring the water over approx 90 seconds in two to three pours.
4. Remove and discard the filter.
5. If you like it black, you're done!
6. If you like it milky, reduce your water by 50ml and top up with your milk of choice after stage 4.
7. Enjoy!
