This exceptional single origin is cultivated by 3,483 cooperative members across the verdant Huila landscape at altitudes between 1,600-1,750 metres above sea level.
The coffee undergoes a careful washed processing method that highlights the inherent qualities of the Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties. This meticulous approach delivers a bright, clean cup with distinctive tasting notes of papaya, orange marmalade, and toffee - showcasing the unique terroir and skilled craftsmanship that Huila is celebrated for.
