We hand selected this very special coffee on our origin trip to Panama earlier this year where we met with Rachel, Daniel and Alexandra Peterson.
Harvested from the Laurina lot at Hacienda La Esmeralda's El Velo farm on December 19th, 2024. After harvest, the cherries were dried for 47 days on raised beds in the climate controlled drying room. This year Hacienda La Esmeralda produced around 93 tonnes of coffee cherry of which 2 tonnes corresponded to the Laurina variety.
This natural process Laurina is our 3rd Pinnacle release for the 2025 season and exhibits vibrant notes of orange, pineapple, mango and apricot. Roasted for filter or espresso.
