We welcome back Panama's renowned Kotowa Estate as our first release in the Pinnacle 2026 season.
This extraordinary washed process Gesha comes from the Las Bruajs farm, nestled in the high altitude region of Boquete where volcanic soils from Volcan Baru create ideal conditions for cultivating Panama's most prized coffee variety.
Hand selected in 2025 by Australian Barista Champion & Veneziano Brand Ambassador, Gab Tan and Green Bean Buyer, Jack Allisey on their trip to Panama. Read more about their origin experience here.
In the cup expect a bold array of stone fruit and floral notes including apricot, orange blossom and honeysuckle.
Pinnacle Reserve Coffees are ultra-rare, small-batch releases sourced from the world’s most celebrated estates. These exceptional coffees are the ones competition baristas seek out, and now, you can brew them at home too. Think rare varietals like Gesha and Laurina, grown at high altitudes, processed with care, and roasted to bring out their most delicate, complex notes.
