Tip 1 - Use a recipe
- We use recipes in our cafes everyday
- Visit our blends or single origins page and find your coffee to view our suggested recipe
- Using a recipe will give you consistent results and better tasting coffee
Tip 2 - Keep your machine clean
- We recommend a backflush of your machine every 1-2 weeks depending on usage
- Use a blind basket or rubber gasket and an espresso cleaner like Cafetto
Tip 3 - Use the best coffee you can!
- Pay attention to the roast date that will usually be on the back of the bag
- We recommend using coffee as fresh as possible and up to 4 to 5 weeks after the roast date
