The Cherry Mont Blanc is a seasonal stunner you have been seeing at our flagship cafes. Rich cold brew made with the limited edition Melbourne Blend meets cherry blossom and is finished with a freeze-dried cherry garnish. Follow our recipe to make this at home.

Ingredients
- Melbourne Blend (coarsely ground for cold brew)
- Cream
- Monin Cherry Blossom Syrup
- Ice
- Freeze-dried cherries (for garnish)
Equipment
- French press or vessel for making cold brew
- Cocktail shaker
- A cold glass
- Sealable vessel for storage

Method
Step 1 - Pre-batch your cold brew
- Combine 1 part coarsely ground coffee with 10 parts of cold water in your french press or preferred brewing vessel
- Let it steep for 12-24 hours at room temperature or in the fridge and then strain
- Once strained, mix together your cold brew base consisting of:
- 80g cold brewed Melbourne Blend
- 16g Monin Cherry Blossom Syrup
- Combine and store in the fridge until ready to use.
Step 2 - Make the cherry cream
- Add the following items to a cocktail shaker:
- 50g cream
- 10g Monin Cherry Blossom Syrup
- A few ice cubes
- Shake for around 10 seconds, then strain into a sealable vessel.
- Seal and store in the fridge until you are ready to assemble.
Step 3 - Put your creation together
- Fill your glass with ice
- Pour in your cold brew mixture until the glass is about 90% full
- Give your cream mixture a quick shake
- Pour the cream gently over the back of a spoon so it floats on top
- Finish with a freeze-dried cherry garnish
The result will be a layered, delicious, cafe worthy Cherry Mont Blanc.
Making it for a crowd?
Simply scale up the cold brew and cream recipes and keep them chilled in the fridge until you are ready to prep. Perfect as a brunch mocktail or those warm afternoons when a cold brew coffee is calling.
