The grind is too fine
"The grind is too fine for my machine and I cannot use the coffee"
Stale, no crema
"I'm not sure if it was just the batch I got, but my beans must be stale. Was trying to dial it in. There was little to no crema. It was very hard to get it to brew for 30 sec even after increase the grind amount and reducing the grind size significantly. Before people say I don't know what i'm doing, I dialed in my single origin from Veneziano just fine and even while calibrating, it was still producing good crema. If you are selling stale beans, I'm super unimpressed."
