About this blend:

Colombia Coocentral– this coffee is a blend of smallholder lots sourced from Coocentral, a progressive cooperative located in one of the most famed growing regions in Colombia, Huila. We have worked with Coocentral for four years now and watched the incredible progess of their farming communities. Services that Coocentral provide range from basic purchase and milling services all the way to financial support and agronomic services. They also have their own cafes to provide producers with the opportunity to sell their coffee to the internal market as well as export.

Brazil Mantiqueira – the region of Mantiqueira de Minas is located in the Minas Gerais side of Serra da Mantiqueira, in the southern part of the state of Minas Gerais. With a secular tradition of producing high quality coffee, Mantiqueira de Minas is considered nowadays one of the most awarded regions in Brazil. In 2011, it was recognized as Geographical Indication (IG), in the modality Indication of Origin (PGI) for its tradition and worldwide reputation for producing specialty coffees with a highly differentiated sensory profile.

This regional lot from small holder farmers particularly lot stood out for its intense red fruit profile not commonly found in Brazil.

Ethiopia Sodu – Sodu washing station was established in 2018 in Uraga in Guji. The micro region has unique growing conditions that produce a flavour profile that’s floral, complex and sweet.

The 800+ farmers who deliver to the station cultivate coffee on farms that are on average 2 hectares in size.
