Tear off the top of the pouch
Hang the arms over a mug. Shake slightly to make sure the coffee is level inside the filter.
Slowly pour 200ml of hot water (92 - 96C) over the top of the coffee grinds.
We recommend taking it slow and pouring the water over approx 90 seconds in two to three pours.
Remove and discard the filter.
If you like it black, you're all done. If you like it milky, reduce your water by 50ml and top up with your choice of milk.

About Rwanda Ngororero

Sourced from 1,405 smallholder farmers across altitudes of 1,600–2,000m in western Rwanda, this Bourbon variety is processed at the award-winning Ngororero washing station (1,616m). Cherries undergo strict flotation and visual sorting before being pulped on a Pinhalense pulper removing up to 80% of mucilage then fermented for 10 hours and sun-dried on raised beds. The result is a fully washed, Grade FW.Scr.15 coffee with a complex, clean cup profile of berries and a chocolate finish.
