Timor Leste is one of the world’s youngest countries, gaining sovereignty in 2002. Coffee is set to become the nation’s most vital export. Cherry is collected daily from the village of Parami and transported for processing at the Atsabe wet mill in Baboe Kraik. It is laid to sun dry as whole cherry for three weeks across a combination of different style drying beds after which it is moved to covered shade drying at Railaco.

This our second year of working with coffees from Parami and last years Natural lot was one of our favourites for the year. We think this years' is even better!
