Maple and Pine is bringing a touch of specialty coffee to the cafe scene in suburban Isaacs, Canberra. The cafe gets its name from the abundance of maple and pine trees found in nearby Isaacs Ridge nature reserve, a 387 hectare protected area popular with mountain bikers and hikers.
Owners, Mohsin and Rachel have paired a delicious brunch menu with dishes such as french toast with caramelised banana, fresh berries and beef bacon rashers with a strong coffee selection.
Veneziano's Elevate and Soar blends provide customers with plenty of choice for their milk based coffees and a seasonal selection of microlots are used for long blacks and filter coffees.
