Something we often don't talk about on this platform is our corporate governance, it can be one of the more dry topics, as it includes things like our financial controls and board reporting and it's where effectively all of our policies start.
However, governance is such a huge part of our DNA, and is driven from our founders Rocky and Craig, who, even 20 years on, are still actively running our business day in and day out. Good and transparent governance is crucial to attracting and retaining the best people, but also ensures transparency and ethical decision-making processes that impact both our internal and external stakeholders. Our score of 13.5/20 is significantly higher than the averages in our country and industry. As part of our commitment to B Corp, we have made an adjustment to our company's constitution to ensure environmental and social matters are are considered at each phase of the decision-making process.
